We offer flexibility in the types of team-building activities we provide. We design different types of workshops based on the goals of the corporate client.

1. Creative Collaboration: Groups of employees work together to create a large floral arrangement that will be displayed in the office or donated to charity.
2. Competition-based: Teams compete to create the best floral arrangement based on themes (e.g., "Spring Vibes", “Summer Fever” or "Tropical Paradise").
3. Relaxation and Mindfulness: Focus on stress-relieving workshops where employees create floral designs while learning about the therapeutic benefits of flowers. We can combine that with a meditation/yoga workshop after the team building event led by certified wellness leads.

We offer customizable packages for different budgets 

• Half-day vs Full-day Sessions: Offer different lengths of sessions depending on your time frame.
• Group Sizes: Customize your packages for small teams (5-10 people) or larger groups (50-100+ people), making it scalable for different clients.
• Hybrid Options: Offer both in-person and virtual team-building workshops, particularly for remote teams. We can mail flower kits and have a virtual instructor guide the team through the activity.
